SLURP in Japanese!

A version of SLURP: a social and culinary history of ramen-japan’s favorite noodle soup, Barak Kushner’s book on the history of ramen originally published by Brill in 2012 (paperback 2014) is now out in a Japanese translation as 『ラーメンの歴史学―ホットな国民食からクールな世界食へ』バラク・クシュナー (著), 幾島 幸子 (翻訳) Those who read the language might enjoy this version as well.
